A strategic HR leader with a sharp focus on regulatory compliance, Maren is passionate about creating organizational cultures where both businesses and their people can thrive.
Her career spans every facet of human resources—from employee relations and performance management to licensing audits, payroll reconciliation, and multi-state HR compliance. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management, Maren has supported hundreds of businesses across a wide range of industries, ensuring they remain aligned with federal, state, and industry regulations.
Before co-founding Level Up, Maren held leadership roles in HR and compliance, where she not only built HR departments from the ground up but also implemented key policies, streamlined onboarding processes, and led company-wide benefits programs. Whether supporting 10 employees or 300+, she has consistently delivered results that improve both operational efficiency and workplace satisfaction.
